Rachel Raeburn is a PR Professional specialising in PR for F&B and luxury brands in the Lifestyle industry.
With 15 years of experience in the hospitality and communications industries, Rachel has been trained in delivering quality service, business and lifestyle journalism, and public relations consultancy.
Her most recent role prior to setting up Relish PR was as Lifestyle Division Lead at a local boutique PR agency, where she was responsible for setting up the Lifestyle Division in the company. During her time there, the start-up company was nominated as one of the top 10 PR agencies in Singapore for 2012 and one of the three finalists in the 'Local Heros' category, in the Marketing Agency of the Year Awards by Marketing
Magazine.
There, Rachel managed several high profile international and Singapore-based brands, among them were the launch of French gourmet grocer, Fauchon Le Bars A Caviar; the unveiling of the 'S.Pellegrino Sparkles with Bulgari' special edition bottle; the launch of the Bosch Styline Food Preparation range; the Nespresso Coffee Sommelier Campus 2011; local soya bean chain retailer, Mr Bean's regional launch press conference; Singapore's largest gourmet event, the World Gourmet Summit in both 2010 and 2011; and Gourmet Abu Dhabi in 2011.
As a former journalist for luxury title, The Peak magazine, published by the Singapore Press Holdings, Rachel
established her footing in the F&B and luxury lifestyle industries by interviewing head honchos from
international and family-owned luxury brands, being kindly hosted by PR professionals and getting acquainted with fellow journalists.
Rachel has also contributed to various other reputable publications in Singapore, such as the Singapore Tatler's Best Restaurant Guide and The New Paper. Her experience in journalism, gives her the edge of understanding the media's mindset and approach. Rachel relishes the creative process of account servicing and taking personal ownership of each brand she represents.
Mae Chong supports the Relish PR team as Senior Account Executive.
Mae has previously worked in a local boutique PR agency where she honed her PR skills working with several
international and local brands. In 2010, she worked at The Old Parliament House where she produced a
theatre festival – Short + Sweet, and co-organised several other productions and events. An Arts Management graduate from the Lasalle College of the Arts Singapore, she has a keen creative eye and a passion for the Arts.
Mae is also currently Editor of the digital fashion and lifestyle magazine, plussixfive where she manages
editorial content, works closely with fashion and lifestyle-related brands, and supervises all social media
content.
